All About The Eyes Review

Cooee,

Well so I noticed that Little Mix were bring out a new eye palette called All About The Eyes and their make up artist who I follow on twitter/Instagram was talking about it so I went to have a look. Its all shimmers with one matte. It has a light shadow sort out like a highlight, I have used it as a brow highlight and WOW!

The pallete is really nice and I have nothing like it. I believe that Adam used in for a photo shoot or something on one of the girls and I loved it. Its apart of their collection for collection and was only £2.99! Their range is so good and I love their lipsticks! I own Perrie's but my best friend owns more and they are lovely. (RANGE HERE)

I have found a similar shade which is from MAC. It's their Amber Lights. The little mix shade called Sunkissed is slightly lighter but its pretty much the same. When I tried it on my arm , it was not very pigmented but when I recently done my mums make up for a day/night out and I used the palette. Its was more pigments and creates an amazing smokey eye! (AMBER LIGHTS LINK) For the link you would need to click "Amber Lights" as MAC wont let me link the actual product!

I would recommend checking out their makeup range as it is very good and is amazing priced!

So I know that this is short but I thought that the palette needed a review as I love it!

24/7 Dry Skin Cream Review

Cooee,

I have had a look and I have not found any reviews apart from on amazon about this AMAZING cream. Its for both body and face and has no scent. Its Called 24/7 Dry Skin Cream.

I had really dry parts on my face and when I went out shopping , I asked my nan about what I should get and I was going to get a different cream but we both decided on this.

She has tried their other products before and loved it so recommended the brand to me.

It was only £1 ( from the shop I brought it from) for a 100ml tube which I thought was great. Its £3.50 on amazon. I was a bit worried that something that cheap would not work but it did!

It says to put on apart washing so after I did my night skin routine , I put this on my dry patches. I also tried I on my knees and elbows because they were becoming dry as well. Its quite thick and you don't need a lot. it is clean on the skin and dries so quickly for a moisturiser compared to my other ones.

The next morning, I checked to see if it worked and it did. I had no dry skin on my face or body.

I repeated this after my morning skin routine and due to speed it dries , I could put my makeup on straight after. Usually I would have to wait for it to dry or do my hair first.

I have added it into my skin routine because on how amazing It makes for skin.

I would recommended this to everyone even if you don't have dry cream try their normal skin moisturiser because I'm sure that would be just as amazing as this one.

Let me know...

Summer Key Pieces

Cooee,

I thought that since that it's soon to be summer that I would do a couple of key essentials that I believe will be needed this summer time.

Firstly I believe a playsuit is going to be a key essential ( well especially for me). Boohoo has many different playsuits to choose from so I recommend to go there if your looking. I have said about this before.
Mine (below) is from there , I love it and plan to wear it to the One Direction Concert! The material is soft and comfy. I has a cut out in the medium along the neckline which I think makes the piece.

Floral is going to be big this year and high street stores such as New Look have many floral/pastel colours at affordable prices. But go for bright floral or printed trousers to make a big statement this summer.

Like I said Pastels are big this summer and I think that I'm going to like this trend.  You can match the colours well with leggings or other pastels. I have a pastel pink dress from H&M which is from last summer and a top from New Look (same colour).

I brought some high-waist shorts from Topshop ( last summer) which will go well with the pastels colours or any floral top.  So that's why I think that a good pair of shorts are essential.

Shoes, this summer have been block and statement pieces to any outfit. I have been loving these jellies. I find that they finish off any look perfectly. ( not my picture)

I hope that this helped with your summer wardrobe. Let me know if I have missed any thing and have a lovely summer.

April favourites

Cooee, so it's that time again.

I only have a couple of favourites because I have been busy with school and other bits and pieces to really go shopping or try new products really.

So my first favourite is to do with hair care . It's Moroccan Argan Oil treatment, I washed my hair the day before and it felt all dry so I put this through it after I straightened it. Wow!! My hair has been silky soft since and it's so glossy. It smells amazing too. I got it from savers which is a store with lots of products that are cheaper than the bigger stores. It was only £1!£1! I would pay more for it but I'm not complaining!

With Easter , I did not get chocolate , I got money because it's more useful really. But my best friend got me a malteasers egg and inside was these teasers. I have never tried them before ... And I am annoyed at myself for not buying these! They are so good! For this's who don't know , they are malteasers crushed and then put in a chocolate bar. So good and I only have two left so I need to buy more:)

The YouTuber Tanya Burr brought out a lips and nails range which has lots of different colours that would suit anybody. I have the lip gloss in Afternoon Tea. I'm actually wearing it now as I'm typing this and I love it. It's a pink nude , it's not sticky and does not move off your lips once applied.

Next is this real techniques blush brush. It's so soft and it's perfect for applying your blusher to your cheeks. It blends the blush into your checks.

So in the picture below are my next two favourites. First is the drink which is a sticky toffee frappe from my local coffee shop. I don't know if they do them at Costa or Starbucks because I have not looked. It's so good - I understand that because it's from my local coffee shop that it may not be available but if you happen to come across one try it and you will never look back. I have whipped cream and white chocolate sauce on top , I'm not a massive lover of coffee but I love these.

Next are my sunglasses, we went to London a couple of weeks ago and the weather was the best we have had all year. They are aviator style and there were from Primark about two years ago. When in Britain you don't need to buy new sunglasses because you never use them a lot. They were a two pound I think , mine are breaking so I'm going to have to find a new pair.

( nail varnish - max factor forever glam)

Another favourite which is music and that's the Vamps album Meet the Vamps! I love the vamps and me and my best friend have tickets to see them. I love how every song is different and they are so catchy too. Move My way is currently my favourite song off the album !

So that's all my favourites not a lot.

My Tiny DIY | Pot Organiser

Cooee,

well, I have been wanting to sort out my room for a while now so I got a sweet pot given to me so I thought I would show you what I did with it....

By the way... this is SO SIMPLE

What you will need;

A tube or pot ( preferably clear)

Paintbrush

Paint ( Mines Pink Acrylic )

Decoration of your choice

READY!

First, I had to get rid of the sticker which was on the pot. ( I used water and scissors worked a trick :D )
Then I had to dry it.

I used newspaper over my floor and put the paint on that.

I then painted the tub , making sure that the paint was in the same direction so it would not look weird when dry.

Here's my first coat and I did to do MANY more!

Here's my fourth....

Finally, I got this which was thickly painted. I didn't pain the bottom but around the edge of it.

To make it more me and match my room more, I added this shiny ribbon which I would usually put around presents.

I used my to put hair brushes in but Nail varnishes or makeup brushes would by good too.

I hope to do more little DIY posts because like I said I'm in the middle of organising my room.

MAC Creme Cup Review

Cooee,

I have been looking through different Mac Videos online and on their website. I found this lipstick which is apart of the Sheer Collection  called Crème Cup.

I wanted a new lipstick which was different from my others. I'm not going to lie , I did click the wrong one but It was this one or another so it did not matter to me much.

Its a shiny glossy nude/pink colour.

When it first arrived, I had a really bad day at School and when I saw the Package I screamed. It make me completely happy that it had arrived. Sad , I know.

As my first MAC lipstick, I had high hopes for it. I love the packaging and it goes perfect in my lip stick holder.

I thought personally that it would have been bigger but oh well. I tried the colour on and I feel in love with it.

It lasted a 30-40 Minute bike ride which I was very impressed with.

I'm hoping to do a full MAC Make-up Look soon because I have been getting different pieces from their ranges.

The smell of the lipstick reminds me so much of Cadburys Crème Egg and it sounds weird but it also tastes like it too which I believe is a bonus :D

I understand that this was quite short but I thought hat it was needed to be honest.

I need more shades so let me know which ones are in your collection.

Get Ready With Me Benefit Style (plus Reviews)

Cooee,

Well I thought that since I was going out that a get ready with me was needed. I wanted to write a review on the benefit makeup kit that I brought a couple of weeks ago so I thought that I could combine them.

Firstly I done my hair in soft curls. I will link a tutorial that I used --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L2gqplh4yi0&list=UUrIIH7yHQugaUuoTZDoEUuQ  (Tanya Burr)

I used the Remington Wand with has different setting. I used 190 temperature. I ,also, used L'Oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray which was amazing and the curls lasted all night and the next day.

I used a benefit Triple Performance Facial Emulsion first- I love this product for my skin it's light and helps my skin feel fresh.

The Benefit kit I used was How To Look The Best At Everything in Medium. Overall opinion , I lovely the packaging and inside the box it had step by step instructions on how to apply and it comes with a mirror.

I have a sample of this by I have not used it yet. Firstly, it said to used the porefessional first. I love this product and I found that it helped my makeup look flawless. The shade was perfect for my skin especially since I'm a little pale at the moment ( Fake tan is at the ready )

I put this over my nose , under my eyes and any dry skin that I found.

Then I used Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation. WOW WOW WOW is all I can say. I love this foundation and its a strong contender for my prom foundation as I'm testing different products at the moment. It makes your skin look so flawless and natural. This shade was perfect.

The next step was to conceal , it was the benefit boi-ing. The kit came wit two different shades and it said to mix to get correct shade. I mainly used the light shade. I personally it did not like this maybe because I used my ring finger (lightest finger) to apply next time I will used a brush.

The kit did not come with any eye shades or eye brow so I used MAC Charcoal Brown on my eyebrows. I wanted simple eyes so I skipped any eye shadows.

Sadly the kit did not come with Benefit mascara ... well it did come with a free There Real but I cant find it any where , I have searched but no luck so far. I did though use Bare Minerals Lash Domination which is just as good.

I lined my bottom water eye with my new Rimmel London Scandaleyes in Black.

To powder , the kit come with a powder called I'm cute as a bunny Honey. I did not used the brush it came with but my own Avon brush which I use all the time. The powder really finished the look and it set everything. I skipped blush because I felt that the look was pretty much finished.

For my lips , I used MAC Crème cup which is a pinky toned lipstick.

So that the finished look.

I skipped the outfit. I wore a QUIZ skater dress with thick black tights and out cut boots.

Nails, I used Rimmel London Blue Eyed Girl and a white nail pen to do a swirly design. ( Sorry about the poor skin around the nail)

So that's it , hope you liked this as it was a bit of a combination.
